FOUR. Restaurant – Booking Terms

We are a small team serving a maximum of 20 guests per evening. Please take a moment to read the following terms before booking.

Refunds & Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

If you or a member of your party cannot attend, you are welcome to resell or transfer your ticket to another guest. Please notify us of the change at least 24 hours before the event.

In the unlikely event we cancel, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Menus

Menus provided in advance are samples only and may change due to seasonal availability and the use of small-scale local suppliers.

Dishes are served in an omakase style (chef’s choice), which means the exact menu is revealed on the evening.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We are unable to cater for dietary requirements, menu changes, or allergies.

The only exception is if you have purchased a vegetarian ticket for one of our specifically advertised vegetarian evenings.

By booking, you accept that cross-contamination is possible in a small kitchen environment.
Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during the event for use on our website, social media, or marketing material.

By attending, you consent to being included in this content unless you inform us in writing in advance that you do not wish to appear.
Data Protection

We only collect the personal data necessary to manage your booking (such as your name, contact details, and payment information).

Your information is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties except as required by law.
